[Q] External HDD detected as a smaller size

Hi...I am using es file explorer and the problem is that I whenever I plug in my external HDD (1 TB seagate backup plus slim)....It is detected by ES file explorer as only 11GB usb storage....so whenever I copy large files it says that there aren't enough space!....

How is your external disk formatted ??
If not in ExFat try to change to this format !

My hard drive is in NTFS format....I've got it working with Total comander w/ the paragon NTFS plugin but I would rather use ES file explorer if possible....
