try to unlock your bootloader now?? With a new unlock.bin if you succeed flash the jbear hboot and then try to flash recovery.img through fastboot

if you mean the htc-dev methode, i did it and i pushed the unlock.bin file but the splach screen of the unlock did not appear

Problem is, he 1. Doesn't have a recovery and 2. Has fail-PU error on everything he flashes.

So, he can't flash anything. You can actually make your phone be in a qhsusb_dload state by using a paperclip to tweak something in the back cover of the phone.

The only requirement for HTC unbricking project is getting your phone into qhsusb_dload state.

peopls who said that i'm allready s-off, please could you explain how is that ??? before the actual state, i was playing with bootloaders, so i change between *** LOCKED *** and *** UNLOCKED *** and Juopunutbear's boot loader

and i remember when my bootloader says *** LOCKED *** i can not flash recovery or custom splash1 image
so i changed to Juopunutbear bootloader and then i can flash recovery and i flashed splash1 image

so basically, s-off and *** LOCKED *** means that you ar not really S-OFF

any way, now sins my bootloader is *** LOCKED *** i can not do anything

now i decided to put my phone to qhsusb_dload stat and try the unbrick project

how to pass to qhsusb_dload state ?

could some one tell me if the J-tag stage was made correctly or not?

i'm guessing that the person who did the J-TAG stage, did it with htc sensation files, and mine is htc sensation xe

is that correct ?

Able to boot into recovery through fastboot, but not able to flash.

ahh bummer locked hboot is preventing you from flashing/booting anything
Im sure we can solve it if we can boot to a recovery (Ive skimmed through my past PM's where ive helped the other guy who did a corrupted radio flash and fallen into same situation ..but fortunately he still had the patched hboot intact and was able to do "fastboot boot recovery.img")

Hello! I am having the same problem with my HTC sensation (Pyramid) CID: HTC__Y13. I am not able to flash any recoveries, systems etc. I suspect the partitions on my sdcard (internal) is broken. BUT I AM HOWEVER able make the phone boot into twrp recovery by using the following command:
fastboot boot recovery.img. Is there any chance of fixing the partitions (if that's my problem) and flash PG58IMG.zip to restore my phone? My intentions is to keep the phone rooted, and use custom rom on it. I am S-OFF, and my bootloader is UNLOCKED.
