[Q] Firewall with up/down restriction

Hi , i know there are loads of firewall apps out there that cut off internet with 1 tick..like droidwall or lbr security..
but have anyone found a firewall app that restrict upload or download individually ? like im able to allow this app ABC to download but restrict it for upload...
