Your post doesn't make a lot of sense. From what I can gather the firmware you are on is For Tmous and so you cant flash the generic Europe firmware.

Yep, as said you cannot flash any other ROM except x.xx 531.x RUUs (for now)

I've never used it myself, but is that what more locale does? You can get it on the market.

MoreLocale 2 would be your best bet at present - pretty sure it's free on the Market. Give it a blast and let us know, would be helpful for other users
