[Q] Flashed custom rom, back to stock - still shuts off

I have had my Captivate since Nov 2010 and never had a single issue. Ever since flashing an ICS rom it would randomly shut down while charging.

I got a SGSII LTE the other day and plan on selling my Captivate, so I flashed the stock rom back on.

Now all of a sudden it restarts randomly. I don't understand why this is happening. Over the timeframe of having this phone I have come across numerous threads for it shutting off, and using Keep Alive, but how can I sell a newly restored phone if it shuts off?

Any fixes or thoughts?

Which stock version did you flash on it?
