I have flashed my Stock Inspire 4G with success over to the LeeDroid rom. Then used the Patch DHD to Inspire4G to identify the phone as the Inspire instead of the Desire which is what the LeeDroid rom coverts an Inspire to. So now the problem I have is I can't install the Leedroid Battery A mod. (designed for the Desire rom base/ or LeeDroid Froyo.)??? Maybe????

I flashed the rom with Clockwork ROM manager. No problems. Flashed the Patch with Clockwork. No problems. But can't get the battery mod to work. Any help???

Boot into recovery and go to mounts and storage. Mount system and data. Then flash your battery mod

Some improvement i guess, now at least i have an error message. Here is what is displayed:

ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.2.6
Installing:/sdcard/LeeDroOiD_Battery_A_Transmod.zip
Finding update package...

Amend scripting (update-script) is no longer supported
Amend scripting was deprecated by Google in Android 1.5.
It was necessary to remove it when upgrading to the ClockworkMod 3.0 Gingerbread based recovery.
Please switch to Edify scripting (updater-script and update-binary) to create working update zip packages.
Installation aborted.

this mod was made for made the desire. your comment about desire base makes sense to me now. its meant for the desire and its written for froyo. If you still want a circle battery mod i suggest you go to the UOT Kitchen. they have a variety of styles that you may like.

Solved

For Inspire users: Even though LeeDroid offers the "Patch" which identifies your device as an Inspire 4G instead of the Desire (which is what LeeDroid is written for) you won't be able to install the add-ons. When I flashed the Rom then flashed the battery A mod it worked. But when I flashed the Rom, then flashed the Patch, then tried to flash the Battery Mod no sucess.

So I suggest:
