[Q] Flickering Screen?

Is there a way to fix the flickering after power ups caused by kernels.
i was just wondering, because eventually it does stop flickering.

Actually not to hijack the thread but i've got a question related to flickering screens.

My screen flickers when i use my internet browser. does anyone know why this happens??
