Guys, are you sure G2 has got the hardware inside to pull radio signals? i never thought it had.. o'wise we would have got a stock radio icon or something like that... But if DZ has got but G2 ain't , then ignore my comment

Yeah I'm sure. On the HTC Stock ROM it has an stock FM Radio app. Now I'm on G-lite which is a G2 ROM, but the hardware is still there.. Thanks for thinking with us anyway

need the system libs

I was just looking for the system libs
(thats what we are missing)
they are usually easy to spot by scrolling a roms /system/lib that has FM.apk;
but the Virtuous Fusion and latest CM don't have any that stand out at me and say radio; like the ones for my Mytouch4g and Nexus did.

In short,
we need the correct lib(FMradio).so
of course, it isn't called that.
hope someone finds it before the Braves game is over

maybe all then os is restarting then go qdsp5v2 vollume is not workind et start but yet is it ok. i dont know that the restert make it work or i hav try many app in same time but uninstal them before 3 testing.
