[Q] FM radio without headset through speaker?

hi all,

i have tried using the radio through the speaker with the power cable as the antenna but get no audio and what appears to be poor signal, has anyone ever been able to listen to the radio this way?

That's interesting, I've never tried listening to the FM radio using the power cable as the antenna.

This seems to be by design. My phone plays the FM radio fine using headphones, or even just a 3.5mm adapter (short corded type, maybe 3-inches long) as the antenna. But trying to use either the USB sync cable or the power adapter results in no reception.
