[Q] Force Roaming on ATT (from Tmo)?

Hi All,

Is it possible to force data roaming to pick up an ATT 3g signal? I have Tmo but only edge where I live, and for $30/month data edge just isn't going to cut it!

I have messed around with "service mode" to select a specific band frequency, but I either get edge or no service at all.

On a side note, my sgs4g is unlocked and I was able to get 3g when using a straighttalk sim (again ATT signal). Is it possible to get connected when using a Tmo sim?

This could save me a HEFTY E.T.F. .... :/

Not sure or it's possible, but my suggestion is that you flash modems from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192436, lemme know if anything.
