[Q] Free Calling India

Is there any other app(like crowdcall) which offers free calling WITHOUT using VOIP service coz crowdcall isn't free in India anymore. Please help ASAP.

u can use Viber app for free calling.
but it needs Internet connection wid u n d person ur calling..
cool n easy to use app.

Ya! You r right! But I need an app which allows calling to anyone. I mean... If the guy U R calling to doesn't have that app or internet(as in crowdcall).
