[Q] from Berserk to Elegancia rom

Hi, at the moment I've on my Sensation XE custom rom Berserk v 1.5, but if I wish to flash to Elegancia Sense 3.6 I must use the procedure 4EXT -> "format all partition (except SD card!!)" -> "wipe data factory reset" -> flash, or the procedure PG58IMG.zip - SUPER Wipe - flash new rom? tnx a lot!

If your s off you wipe data factory reset, wipe cash and dalvik, install zip from recovery sd card,
Reboot your done.
