[Q] Fullscreen Wallpapers on 23xxx?

On 21xxx builds there was an app called MAXTTF or something like that to expand the wallpaper OVER the top and bottom bar.
AFAIK the developement of this tool has stopped and I just would like to know if there is a new way to do fullscreen wallpapers with CHT. I know it works with MaxSense-Roms...
So any1 got an idea?

under the set wallpaper settings, there is one called "skin taskbar and softkeybar". Pick the same wallpaper you set as your background, it will make you reset and voila.
