What are security reasons, It is already available in ICS and JB. Is there no security? And there is option to switch off the Bluetooth, so when needed I can switch off that, no need to make mobile discovery off.Just because one phone manufacturer added it to its firmware, does not mean it is available on all phones.
Sony phones do not have such feature and most likely it will not be added due to security reasons.
Come on, you do not want someone to be hacking your phone via Bluetooth without your knowledge, do you?
Well a noob can hack to your or my phone via bluetooth,it's very easy, one click, and how many times did you forgot to turn it off???I was looking for something like this once, but when my friend got hacked i stopped...Thats the security and i don't think that Stock ICS has a turn visibility on for perment.Bit i'm sure its impossible to get it on GB...What are security reasons, It is already available in ICS and JB. Is there no security? And there is option to switch off the Bluetooth, so when needed I can switch off that, no need to make mobile discovery off.
