[Q] GE 4.3 bug ?

I am in testing the GE 4.3 on my S4 I9505. : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2348272

I meet some small problems.

Is it possible to transfer the applications on the SD card ? If it is possible please say me how.

Is that the 4g and H + works with this version ?

You have a bigger problem... Asking S4 Active users about your S4 will give you some crazy answer. You are in the wrong forum
