Is there someway to get OTG support with this tablet? I really want to used a wired mouse or use USB stuff with my tablet, but it was disabled in the kernel. Is there a way to get this back or get a ROM that supports this?

There have been numerous posts on OTG. General consensus is capability is unavailable at the hardware level. Not surprising given Amazon's focus on cloud storage; OTG could be disruptive and potentially promote sharing. Even if hw enabled the underlying software tweaks would be a huge challenge given the lack of native support. There is a decent selection of bluetooth mice if that's your goal.

But I been told that using a BT keyboard and BT mouse doesn't work together.

If you are referring to this I indicated the experience wasn't very satisfying...not that it didn't work. The Android UI was not designed for use with a mouse although I'm sure some people find the experience acceptable. I did not. That's all I was saying.
