is there a Windows Mobile software that can create animated .gif pictures out of some other pictures?

I know PC software can do that, not PPC.

is it really impossible to make a programm for ppc that can make gifs?
Isnt there anybody here who has experience with programming Pocket Pc software? It would be great if somebody would make such a program if it doesnt exsist.

Hey,
Actually I found a program, but its very slow and in a small resolution. its called Giffy, just google it. I may not post links here.
