Experts, one question. I have a friend working on a bootscreen for me, and he got it down from 30 megs to 22, is that too big? I am running an HTC Imagio, stock ROM, with a memory card, so storage isn't an issue.

depends... if internal... wanna keep it smaller...
for htc users there is a reg edit for maping out the file location to the gif... file...
so in theory you could map it to your SD card.. then size isnt an issue...
cause i dont believe there is a cap on how long or big it can be... if there is .... i have never seen it surpassed...

if it doesnt work in the SD then try putting the .gif it in your device memory to make sure....
oh i didnt see you had "megs" there.... that means... i still dont know... biggest one i have used is 629 KB.. sooooo yeah no idea...
