[Q] GIF Support on NOte 3?

Hi all,

Anyone else having issues sending GIFs via Hangouts & textra?? Is there any messaging apps that have been modded to include GIF support?

Hangouts shows the GIF animated in my MMS thread, but it just sends an image to the other user. Also after it sends, it no longer animates on my end.

Currently using a custom rom and rooted.
