I have two gmail accounts set up on my phone. The previous version of the gmail app would give a single notification when I had mail, even if it was for both accounts. It would say the email address and the number of new messages next to it, and tapping the notification would open the gmail app and have me select which account I wanted to view. After the most recent update to 2.3.5, I'm getting separate notifications for each account. Two gmail icons in my top bar, two notifications in my pull-down, using twice the space.
Can this be changed back without reverting to the previous version? Is this even happening to anyone else?
