[Q] Google Music stations not streaming over mobile data network (T-Mo)

Over the last few days, I noticed that Google Music will no longer stream the stations over mobile data network (I have T-Mobile, unlimited data).
After a couple of seconds, I'll get the message "Music temporarily unavailable. Couldn't play the stream you requested".

However, if I switch to WiFi, the stations stream just fine.

Here are some of the things I've tried:
-Cleared apps cache & data.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled app.
-Toggle "Stream over WiFi" option (and a couple of other options, as I've seen suggested in older threads).
-Cleared all cache.
-Cleared dalvik cache.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be? Am I missing something?
The only thing I can think of at the moment is that T-Mo may be blocking that traffic...but, I don't see why they would do that. I also tried using my Nexus 7 tethered to the phones data to test...same issue.

All other music streaming apps work just fine (Songza, etc).

Thanks for any suggestions/ideas!

I am on 12.0-YNG1TAS2I3
