[Q] GPS not working

i have bought new sensation
first day it was working as it should be & it was locking very fast
then I updated the software to get Arabic support from HTC
then gps didn't lock any location
every time i open locations it show me a map for china & my location widget gave me that "unable to find map data on your storage card" despite i downloaded all maps
, reinstalled upgraded maps
it gave me a place is so far from me ,
if i restarts the phone in the widget it gave me the same error message "unable to find map data on your storage card" then in location it opens at china map
i used gps test & it shows nothing & the gps is on with yellow icon

so why this is happening & how to fix this???!!!
is that a hardware problem or software ??

Had the same problem.
Solution for me was to reset phone to factory .After that everything was ok.

i tried reset but didn't work i'm now make new reset with clear sd card
so i'm downloading location now i'll tell if anything new came

after reset, gps test show one satellite but no lock on & locations with wifi off didn't detect my place

it's now working after using safe mode & some app like locus
i don't know what make it working smoothly but some areas it can't lock on but i guess that due to poor coverage there, it's not the sensation thing
so i'm happy cuz it's lock now in good areas from 1~5 sec
