GPS in stock rom v2 was working really good. when i ported to stock rom v3 gps is keeping on searching but not locking in. I need to know which file in the sp flashable zip file is to be replaced so that i can flash that once more and fix the gps issue.

Use the gps.conf file posted many times here. Or better use mobile uncle tool. Then select fox gps it will create that file. If your phone is not rooted then. Enable epo assistant it will make it faster.
