I need help!:
I have been trying to flash cm onto my i9001. Unfortunately the the phone had been encrypted and I destroyed the /data partition by removing the encryption.
I then tried to reformat the phones storage, which didn't work. So I used the adb shell to maybe get my /data partition back to work. I guess I killed all partitions in this step. Now I am stuck with no recovery and no rom. Only the Download and Ramdump Modes are working.
Odin is not recognizing the phone at all. I did try to install Kies but Kies is only recognizing the phone in Ramdump Mode but it is not able to install any drivers.
I tried to use my Ubuntu machine to restore the phone. Ubuntu has been recognizing the phone. The problem is that I somehow could not get zOdin onto my Ubuntu Machine. I tried to use heimdall and well it did find the phone but I guess it does not support the i9001. So yeah zOdin would be a option. But I'd need instructions on that. (btw I could not find an download for zOdin somehow)
Does you have an idea how to restore this phone???
