Hello everyone, I have a quick question for y'all. I have a rooted sensation on T-Mobile US and after I flash a rom my hardware buttons (back, home, menu, search) don't seem to respond well. I have to keep pressing them a bunch of times before the button works. Is this a problem that HTC can fix? Or am I sol? And if HTC can fix it do I need to unroot to send in my device?

I am using my Nexus one for now until I resolve this issue.

Thanks in advanced.

Hi,

I suggest you revert back to the ROM that was working fine.
If it is an hardware issue, the buttons won't work on the old ROM either.

And ,yes,if you have to send it back, you have to unroot it,and return it to stock.

:)

Thank you for the reply. Is there a way to unroot that won't brick my phone?

Hi,

There is always a risk when returning to "out-of-the-box" state.
The s-off guide in my sig is a good one to follow.
