To be clear, it's the 4 hardware buttons across the bottom that aren't working. Power and volume still work fine.
This started happening after I flashed a 2.3.5 kernel on top of CM7 SelfKang Alpha 8 (2.3.7) without thinking.
I've tried to nandroid back, no help. I've cleared cache and dalvik and reinstalled
Alpha 8, no help. I've done a full wipe/factory reset and installed Alpha 8, no help.
It doesn't seem to me that flashing a Sense rom would help in anyway. Seems like the buttons are just fried, no response whatsoever. Although, they do light up with the screen. I'm already at a point where I feel I need to get a new phone. Anyone have any ideas before I call 'em up and get another one on the way?
