[Q] Have my phone show the time every hour

Is there an easy way to have my phone show the time every hour (without setting 24 individual silent alarms)? I am on the pixel experience rom (android pie) in case that makes any difference.

Basically similar to the "screen saver" with the clock but without the need for the phone to be docked/charging and not constantly just every hour for a couple of seconds.
