[Q] Headphone Jack Repair

Hey guys i just wanna know if theres a tutorial or someone has a video on how to change the headphone jack of my glide, i bought the jack that comes with the keyboard keys and microphone all in one piece, just wanna know if someone has a tutorial on how to change it.
This is what i bought and what i need to change cause my headphone jack was defective

Send the phone in under warranty for repair. Unless you got the phone when it first came out, chances are its still covered.
