[Q] Headset switches phone from normal to silent or vice versa

Hi Folks.

How can i stop my phone from switching when i plug or unplug my Headset?

When the Phone is on Normal and i plug the Headset it switches to Silent. If i unplug theHeadset again
it switches back to Normal.

When the Phone is on Silent and i plug the Headset it switches to Normal. If i unplug theHeadset again
it switches back to Silent.

How can i stop that behaviour? It should do nothing when i plug or unplug my Headset.
