[Q] Heating while charging

Does you S4 mini gets a little hotter while it charges ?
Any other heating issues ?

Yes, mine does get a bit warm when charging. It should be ok, the back cover is quite thin, so the warmth from the battery transfer quickly

It's normal for the phone to heat up while charging. It'll feel even hotter if you use it while charging
