[Q] help about phone.apk on viewsonic viewpad 10s

i have vegabean beta 6 on my viewsonic viewpad 10s
but the issue is :
when i turn on the tablet it has the signals of newtork but after a frew minutes the signals goes and when i try to found network it couldn't
i must restart the tablet or put it on long stand by
i think the problem must be from phone.apk

now my question is ;

how i end task phone.apk(com.android.phone) and reopen it?
i think if i do this the signals and network back
now i installed quick system info pro but it couldn't end task it

any program or way to end task and restart phone.apk?

please help me

If you search for task killer in the play store you get tons of apps to choose from!

But I don't think that killing Phone app will do you any good, it must be some problem in the kernel or something, I'm not 100% sure as I don't use the Phone capabilities in my 3G tablet.
