I'll try to keep it short, just a few days ago my phone started to boot to CWM Recovery mode every time i turned it on, and I never installed anything or heard about this 'CWM' before it happened. (It says on the recovery mode 'Version 6.0.4.5' if this helps). It is also in Chinese language :/

My phone has been rooted for a few weeks and has worked perfectly until now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

So Is my phone screwed? Or can I fix this?

P.S. I heard flashing/installing (or something like that) new ROM can fix this, so I've downloaded a custom S4 ROM onto my SD card incase I need to use it (It's just the entire ZIP file with everything in it) :)

(EDIT: The top of my volume buttom is slightly jammed, could this be making it behave like this? ( Its never turned up my music automatically though)

Thanks in advance! :)

Hi mate,

it looks like something happen to your OS like part of was deleted or formated , the jam button is possible but is a 3 buttons combination, try to factory reset from the CWM if not i think your best shoth would be to try a custom rom or flash a stock rom

The factory reset using CWM doesn' work just reboots to the cwm recovery again :/

I have a zip file with an S4 ROM in it, If i had clear instructions then I'd do it, but the text is also in chinese :/

So before going to cwm reloader, it used to say ''Recovery booting.... Set Warranty Bit: Recovery''

After flashing the cwm to my device (it done everything successfully), not it says ''Recovery booting.... Recovery is not seandroid enforcing Set Warranty Bit: Recovery''
