[Q] help for HTC t329d to unlock towork CDMA Part in INDIA

I have Purchased 4-handsets from China Brand : HTC
Model : T329D (aka HTC Proto).

Its a dual SIM with GSM and CDMA.

the GSM Part works fine. but the CDMA Part is not working with Reliance in INDIA.
When UIM is inserted it Doesn't Show any Signal for the Carrier.. it shows a Cross mark near the Network indicator on Home Screen.

So need help to unlock(can do from htcdev), Root(a Proper Recovery required that i don't have) and flash the ROM(code to work on Reliance) & gapps(as there are no gapps) in these handsets
