[Q/Help] Getting firmware update alert

hey guys, yesterday i got a warning that i need to update my SG2 and i keep delaying it for 3hours but i cant seem to disable automatic updates

how do i update or should i just keep delaying it?
i'm on 4.0.4 rooted

I always remove that crap with titanium,since I dont need it using my battery.

Just back it up,then uninstall it.
