[Q] Help getting stock sense 6

Hi,
I have a HTC One mini (M4) with stock sense 5.5 and android kitkat. Its rooted but is S-On with no custom kernel. I was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step on how to get stock sense 6 and if i need to get S-Off.
