[Q] [Help] HTC One M7... ¿Brick?

Hi everyone! First of all, sorry for my English, i'm from Argentina and i don't speak very well english.
Well, here's my problem, i made a hard reset , but i didn't recognize that it was on 10% of battery. Suddenly, the phone turned off. When i turn it on, it turns but freezes on HTC Logo. When i turn it on recovery mode, and i press anyone of the options, it freezes again.

What should i do? I gave it to a friend who knows a lot more than i do but he can't unlock the bootloader.

Why can't he unlock it?

Post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (remove imei and s/n before posting)
