[Q] [HELP] HTC Sensation Stuck HTC Screen

Hello, I have a Friend's HTC and i was rooting it, with "HTC ALL-IN-ONE" I flash the kernel that came with the program by mistake, from then im stuck in the HTC Screen, I Have HBoot 1.27.0000 Unlocked but not S-off, I got Ext4 Recovery, model id: PG35813000 (if im not wrong) CIDnum: ORANG309, i have try everything i may read like 20 o 30 diferents guides and no luck, can someone give me a hint to fix it, it let me still a ROM like CM9, but it still stuck at htc screen. Thanks for advanced !
