[Q] Help! I bricked my Sony Live with Walkman
Hello,

My Sony Live gets stuck at boot logo "Sony Ericsson", I cant get into cwm. It happened after I installed Jelly bean MIUI v.5 but forgot to install kernel, instalation and everything went ok... but it doesnt wake up now. Would flashing kernel maybe help ?

but i am able to connect it in flashmode to pc.
and i have stock rom nandroid backup.

what should i do? :crying:

can i flash 4.1.B.0.431 since my stock rom is 4.1.B.0.587?

can i flash 4.1.B.0.431 since my stock rom is 4.1.B.0.587?

flash .587 ftf via flashtool
get cwm (or custom kernel)
restore your old backuop

Dude first download official Build 4.1 b 0.587 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1837398
and then download flash tool by Sony Mobile Flasher by Androxyde ... copy the downloaded .ftf file in firmwares folder
Press the Volume down button simultaneously while connecting phone with USB to laptop or pc and click the flash icon.
Pop up appears right away then choose Flash Mode. select the Build version .ftf and Flash.

Note: Before this download sound drivers for your phone. if it fails, u can also get it from PC companion. and copy all the files in Flash tool --> drivers folder...

Just flash the miui kernel. Usually it doesn't matter in what order you flash the kernel (before/after flashing the rom). You'd lose your data if you return to stock, it's useless.
