I got a serious problem with my Taiwan version Sensation XE device as following, I need your help and it is appreciate that you give me the favour.
First, the unlock ring and four touch keys not function when calls incoming, I reboot the device again and again, the screen and keys not work anymore except the power button lock and unlock the screen...
After that, I flash the TW ICS RUU, still no any function...
Lastly, I flash the TW Andriod2.3 RUU, this time the unlock ring, screen can be slided and others function seems work except the up and down slide, left and right slide performance is not smooth as normal I feel before.
Is it the screen problem and should it be replaced with a new one? Or other hardware problem? I don't know. How can i fix it?
