[Q] help in creating a shortcut to toggle a specific setting

I know nothing in Android Programming and I would appreciate any help here.
So in my car android screen, there is an option in Settings --> Sound that says "The 3rd party applications sound priority" and there is a check box for that.
How can I use the Manual Intent Shortcut or any other way to create a desktop-shortcut that will check/uncheck that specific option?
