Download latest cm zip from their website. Boot into recovery. Do a full wipe. Flash rom. Profit.
Edit: u said you have root, which doesn't tell me if you have a custom recovery or not(if you're on stock kernel or no). If you are still on stock, you can use mobile Odin to flash a zimage of whatever kernel you want(it won't matter if you're just using it to get into recovery to flash) just download like the latest siyah, then extract the zimage from the zip file. That's just my way of doing it however, and is fast and reliable. Everyone probably has their own way. and DON'T USE ROM MANAGER. Lol;)

I tried that and I can not enter the clockmodrecovery! when you start out the letters plus an exclamation, which asks the heimdall requirements? or is there another way of installing custom roms to my galaxy?

I wouldn't worry about it. It won't affect anything
