[Q] Help me with this notification problem!!

These yellow bars appear as soon as the notification bar is swiped down. After a reboot it turns back to normal but if i multitask and use huge amount of ram then this problem occurs. I never had this problem earlier.

My device Karbonn A12+
My Android OS Version 4.2 Jelly Bean

what device are you using and also what rom?

I think other rom helps you
