[Q] Help on installing custom rom to Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus

Hello Everyone,

I am new on xda developers forum. After a lot of searching i have found some nice ROM's for my device. I want to replace my Stock ROM with a new Xperia stable ROM. But i dont know from where to start. Some points i have understood from the discussion forum. But i want a guidance. I am asking some question below and hoping to get the answers from experts on this forum.
1. How to backup my stock ROM? Please give me a detailed reply. As i have tried two times but error message shows that "md5" file is not properly created.
2. Which ROM should i choose as Starter? I would like to prefer some Xperia lookalike.
3. Which softwares should i use to complete the operation? I know about the SPtools, Mobileuncle tools, Nandroid Backup, etc and have installed them on my PC and my Rooted Micromax A110Q Canvas2 Plus...

Please help guys...

I have learned everything about rooting from this site. So i am thanking every developer here.

I have required software and PDF tutorials about rooting MMX A110Q Canvas Plus 2. Provide me your email ID and i will send you everything i.e. Software and process PDF that i have downloaded from net. Please PROVIDE ME YOUR EMAIL ID. I WILL SEND YOU ALL SOFTWARE AND PROCESS.

I have got all material and drivers. But I m not able to install the drivers u sent me for Windows. When I try it on window 7, it shows a security alert and driver can't be installed.
And when I try it on window 8.1 it is installed successful. But it cannot detect my device and no progress in SP tool. Please help me.

Hello Jatin.

I think its your antivirus problem. Try it with disabling your antivirus. and adding software to data execution prevention list. for this just follow the path given below on your computer properties.

By right clicking on my computer go to properties, Then -

Adavnced system settings - Advanced - Performance - Data execution prevention - Turn on DEP for all programes

and there add softwares in list and try.

Please try to process on windows 7.
