ok phone going back tomoz sick of the reboots they sending me a replacement but how the hell do i save all my contacts to my sim ? any help tia

Go into the dialer, then press "contacts", then the menu button and choose "import/export".

This can also be done through the people app. On a more important note, you can only back up phone contacts (to sim o sd card) & google contacts (to sd card).
You will loose all the links that were formed, facebook contacts, & any other account's contacts as well.
