Hi,

You have formatted your phone.
Therefore you have no system.
So,it won't boot up.
Flash a GB ROM.
ARHD 3.6.13 is HERE

Or if you want ICS and not Gingerbread:
- Flash the 3.32 firmware > http://d-h.st/afS (Put it in the root of your SD card, boot into the bootloader and press volume up.)
- Flash any ICS ROM you like. I recommend ARHD if you want a enhanced stock experience. > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1098849
I make unlock with htcdev, now i want to make s-off and root, what is the most easy way to do that ?

i have ICS,when i enter in bootloader i see this:

***UNLOCKED***
Pyramid pvt ship S-ON RL
Hboot 1.27.0000
Now that you are on ICS.. You have 3.32/3.33 firmware already

And also you are htc-Dev unlocked
You can flash roms and root the current stock rom just fine without soff...

If you want custom roms.. Follow asskickars "Flashing roms with SON" present in sensation general section to the letter.. You will come out fine

If you just want root on your current stock rom.. Then use my one click root tool.. From my soff guide (skip the soff part)... Link in my signature

The only thing you can't do is flashing firmwares which is not really required unless you have reception issues

this is the program i need ? NEW
ONE CLICK ROOT TOOL ??

3.remove the files adb.exe, AdbWinApi.dll , AdbWinUsbApi.dll

adb/fastboot folder is the folder which has adb.exe file. as you did HTC-DEV unlock ..you will have it either in c:\Android-SDK\tools or c:\Android-SDK\platform-tools

check it
otherwise ..skip step #3 and step #4 then assume the current extracted folder as adb/fastboot folder and do the rest of steps

i check in Android-SDK\platform-tools and i find adb.exe i don`t find the folder adb. In the folder from your program i find again adb.exe. I delete adb.exe, AdbWinApi.dll , AdbWinUsbApi.dll from your folder??? i don`t understand :(

sorry if my previous post is confusing

adb folder -> the folder which has adb.exe is called adb folder -> in your case you got that in C:\Android-SDK\platform-tools ..so the platform-riules folder is the adb/fastboot folder

now follow the rest of steps ..ie from step #4
