[Q] Help please - Root proccess stuck

I've tryed to contact the official support but they're not responding so here's the "paste" of what I've asked them. Please help me.

i am rooting right now and have encountered a problem at the last step of the way... Can you please help me?

[21:37] <ila> the device has the htc logo on the black background on the display...
[21:38] <ila> what should I do?
[21:38] <ila> It's been like this for about 20 minutes or more...
[21:39] <ila> please help me

So the question is what should I do?

Note that I haven't unplugged the phone nor closed the terminal yet so everything is still running...

Ilans93, the support guys have a life to deal with. You only messed the process, not one but twice. You don't like to listen nor to fullfil orders that is why I banned you from the channel. I explained what to do....DO IT

I have the same problem on Windows 7. I tried to fix it by running AAHK on Ubuntu LiveCD . After pressing 1 (Hack Ace) gives me the message: "26.03.02.26_M" and then disappears and nothing happens.
I know that support AAHK is on "retired" so i decided to ask for help here.

Hack Kit has been retired, not only support but the Hack Kit itself, so it is no longer supported here either. Servers have been taken down, so you can get stuck in the middle.

I did not realize that. After two years using the Desire HD rooted by AAHK, about 2 weeks ago I had to restore the phone to factory condition. I did it with AAHK without any problems . Yesterday I wanted to do root with AAHK again. I didn't go to the official website of the project and i didn't read news about "retired", because i thought that nothing had changed since the last use AAHK (about 2 weeks ago). I have read only offline manual (again).
What should i do?

You can unlock the bootloader with HTCDev.
