i just flashed pre-rooted rom using odin but still the same

wiped cache and data but still the same

yes try that and preferably to flash the one which your mob come with or at least the one for your country and let us see what gonna happen

There is no problem if you downgrading from 4.4.2 to 4.1.2 but it is very important to do a factory reset after flash

just before i flashed Stock Rom i flashed VIRGINITY V11

i don't know if this detail may change something...

RECAP:

Maclaw's CM11 4.4.2------>CARBON 4.4.2------>VIRGINITY V11/STOCK 4.1.2------->eternal "Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I8190" loop...
