I have a Note 3 from sprint and its already unlocked... the. Problem is my 3g or h conection in some places is very slow... when in other phones is very fast, what i have to do to speed up? I need to flash something? A new modem or kerne

Try going to settings/general/system update then click on update PRL, this will set the devices communication with the cell towers in your new location.
