[Q] Help! Stuck on osbl mode.

Hi everybody,

I have dropped my Lumia 800 yesterday. Now the screen is broken and the phone is in osbl mode. I think I have a messed up qualcomm one. I downloaded NSS but couldn't get it work. Can someone please help me how to flash/restore/reinstall my phone?
