[Q] Help with removing update going back to MJE

I updated my phone to kitkat 4.4.2. My bluetooth in my car is not working. I need that to work can I go back to MJE after I did this update.
How do I go back. Please help. My phone is rooted. Also safestrap not working. :crying:

Did you try re-pairing your car and phone? Remove the phone in your car's menu first.

If you are on NC2 you can go back to MJE but if you took the OTA and are on NC4 you are stuck with it. If it is NC4 and your bluetooth doesn't work anymore contact Verizon, they might replace the phone for you or give you a substantial discount on a upgrade. Their OTA killed the WiFi on my old S3 and they gave me $300.00 off any new phone. Just a thought.

Yes. I tried un pairing phone and deleting phone from car.
Restarted with pin# several times no luck.
